The weather has been great and the fishing has been great too. We are catching nice size Red Snapper and we are also catching some Grouper and Scamp. Most of the big Grouper have been caught on our longer 10 and 12 hour charter trips with a keeper once in while on our shorter 6 and 8 hour charter trips. Nothing like some fresh fried Snapper and Grouper. Think I’ll have some for dinner tonight. We give all of our customers a little cookbook full of local seafood recipes.
