Charter Boat Deposit Policy:  All charters require a deposit when booked.  Half day trips require a deposit equal to the total amount of trip and whole day charters require $,1200 deposit.

Please read the cancellation policy below for the specifics of our cancellation policy.  All credit card charges are subject to a 4% credit card fee.  By providing us with your credit card number in full along with the security information on your card, you are agreeing to our Reservation and Cancellation Policies.

Deposit is nonrefundable except when trip is cancelled 30 days in advance or when weather conditions will not permit the trip per Captains discretion.

• If you cancel within 30 days of your trip you will be charged the deposit equal to the total amount of trip for a half day and $1,200 for a full day.
• Cancellations made within 10 days of your trip will result in being charged in full for your trip.
